Refund & Returns Policy
Because our inventory consists of liquidation, overstock, and open-box products, availability is limited and prices are heavily discounted. Therefore, most sales are final — with strict exceptions for defective or misrepresented items.
● Electronics & Tech
Electronics may be returned within 3 days of pickup or delivery ONLY if the item is functionally defective and was not marked as Grade D / Salvage.
- After 3 days, all electronics sales are strictly final.
- Items must be returned in the exact condition received, with all included accessories and original packaging.
● General Products
Non-electronic products may be returned within 3 days ONLY if the physical condition grossly misrepresents the stated condition grade or listing photos.
✕ What is NEVER Returnable
To protect our liquidation margins, returns are strictly denied for the following reasons:
- Buyer's Remorse: Changing your mind or ordering the wrong item.
- Sizing Issues: Please verify sizing before purchase.
- Cosmetic Box Damage: Packaging damage is expected with liquidation goods and does not qualify for a return.
- Fix4more / Grade D Items: Any item marked as Salvage, Broken, or purchased from the Fix4more channel is final sale.
Refund Eligibility & Process
We reserve the right to physically inspect all returned products at our facility before issuing a refund.
