A liquidation item may be sealed, open box, used, incomplete, or sold with a disclosed cosmetic issue. When your Pay4more order arrives or is picked up, keep the exact product page available and compare the item you received with that listing before discarding any packaging.
Start with identity and completeness. Confirm the brand, model or part number, colour, size, pack count, and included accessories. Similar products can have small differences, so compare the exact item rather than relying on the product-family name or a similar listing.
Next, compare the condition with the listing photos, grade, and written notes. A scratch, dent, missing accessory, or other issue that was already shown or described is part of the condition you agreed to buy. If the item differs from what was disclosed, record the difference clearly.
Test the primary function as soon as practical. For an appliance, that means its main operating function; for an electronic accessory, confirm that it powers or connects as expected; for a mechanical item, check the moving parts and controls. Do not alter, repair, or damage the item while deciding whether it matches the listing.
Keep the original packaging and accessories together. Pay4more’s published policy says returned items must be in the condition received, with their original packaging and accessories. Damage that happens after delivery or pickup is not covered.
The published return window is seven days from delivery or pickup. Container lots such as pallets and truckloads are the stated exception when their own page marks them Final Sale. Return shipping is paid by the customer except when the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
If there is a problem, contact 4MORE within the return window with the order number, the product link, and a short description of how the item differs from the listing. Include clear evidence of the issue when requested. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within five to ten business days after approval.
The simple checklist is: confirm the exact item, check every included part, compare the condition disclosures, test the main function, preserve the packaging, and contact 4MORE before the seven-day window closes if something is wrong.
