Pay4more Refund and Returns Policy – Clear Guidelines
Because we specialize in liquidation and overstock items, all sales are considered final. However, we do allow limited exceptions in specific cases. Please review the process below to understand how returns and refunds are handled.

Initiating a Return
If you need to request a return, please email us at
[email protected] with the subject line “Return Request” within 48 hours of receiving your item (either by pickup or confirmed delivery).
Eligibility for Refunds
Since these are liquidation goods, availability is limited and prices are already heavily discounted. We cannot offer the same return flexibility as traditional retailers.
Electronics may be returned within 3 days only if the item is not working.
Other products may be returned only if the condition does not match the description provided.
Refunds will cover the cost of the product plus applicable taxes. Please note that handling fees are non-refundable.
Returns are not accepted for reasons such as: incorrect retail pricing, packaging damage, buyer’s remorse, or sizing issues.
Return Process
Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days.
Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days.
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method whenever possible:
Credit card: Returned to the same card.
eTransfer: Applied as store credit for future purchases.
In-person payments: A receipt is required to credit your card. Without a receipt, the refund will be issued as store credit.
Shipping Refunds
Shipping fees are non-refundable except when the return is due to our mistake.
Whether the item must be returned will be confirmed during the refund approval process.
Out-of-Province Returns
If you are located outside Ontario and need to return an item, you are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, incorrect description).
In cases where the return is due to Pay4more’s mistake, the return shipping cost will be covered or refunded.
