Refund & Returns Policy

Because our inventory consists of liquidation, overstock, and open-box products, availability is limited and prices are already heavily discounted. Therefore, most sales are final — with exceptions for defective or misrepresented items.

Refund and Returns Policy Overview

We stand by transparency and fairness. The following outlines when returns or refunds are permitted:

1. Electronics
Electronics may be returned within 3 days of pickup or delivery only if the item is not working or defective. After this period, all electronics are considered final sale.
2. Other Products
Non-electronic products may be returned only if the physical condition does not match the product description or listing photos. Returns for packaging damage, buyer’s remorse, or sizing issues are not accepted.
3. Refund Eligibility & Process
  • Refunds cover the item price plus applicable taxes.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless Pay4more is at fault.
  • Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days of item inspection and confirmation.
Refunds are credited to the original payment method whenever possible. Store credit may be issued for certain payments (e.g., cash or eTransfer).
Important:
  • All return requests must be made within 3 days of pickup or delivery.
  • We reserve the right to inspect returned products before issuing any refund.
  • Store credit may be issued for certain approved returns.
